We love beef fajitas, but it can seem so heavy during a hot summer, this is an easy cream sauce recipe to lighten beef up!
1 & 1/2 TBSP Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil for fresh & spicy -OR- use Milanese Gremolata olive oil for less spicy
1 &1/2 to 2 cups sour cream
3-4 jalapeños (remove seeds & chopped)
4-5 mint leaves
1 TBSP lime juice
1/2 TBSP minced garlic
Purée till creamy.
Use as topping to beef on fajitas 😎🤠😎
