Take your tomato & cut the top off, where the stem would be at.
Then, cut 4-5 slices into it – about ¼″ apart from each other.
Insert a slice of fresh mozzarella & a basil leaf into each slot.
Splash on a little olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
