Husselback Potatoes & White Cheddar Jalapeño Bacon Dip
3 TBSP Chipotle olive oil
1-2 TBSP Zesty Bread Dipping Mix for seasoning or your favorite seasoning blend.
White Cheddar Jalapeño Dip Mix
1 1/2 Cup sour cream
4 slices of cooked bacon chopped
Set over to 400 degrees.
Line baking pan with foil.
Place potato between chopsticks, one chopstick on each side, this allows you to make slices without going all the way though the potato.
Once potato is sliced fan out slightly and place on foil lined baking sheet. Brush olive oil between slices and on skin. Then season potatoes with zesty bread dipping mix.
Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
White Cheddar Jalapeño Dip Mix add sour cream, mayo & bacon let chill while potatoes cook. Use a dip for potatoes.
