Lemon Pesto Pasta Salad:
Pesto Dip Mix, Pesto Dip Mix can be purchased under “Our Products” ➡️ “Types” ➡️ “Mixes & Dip”
Add 1 cup sour cream
Add 1 cup mayo, we substituted 1 cup Lemon EVOO for mayo, if subbing an EVOO for mayo mixed well until dip looks whipped.
1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
We let our dip chill, then spooned over pasta.
We used our Spiral Pasta, which cooks in 6 minutes, but any type of pasta works.
We added grilled chicken.
Lemon Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad can be served chilled or warm.
